ALFRED POLIZZOTTO III: The firm was initially started in the 1960s. I practiced with my father extensively until his passing in 2001 and learned at his feet, so to speak. Our firm has extensive experience through myself and the other attorneys as members of the firm.
Our firm zealously represents our clients' interests. We're interested in achieving just results for them. We care about them. We're interested in the outcome of the case, not necessarily just for our victory purposes, but to make sure that they obtain the results that they deserve.
In litigation, uncovering information from the adverse parties is essential. Our clients are obviously concerned with obtaining as much information as we possibly can. In the discovery process, in addition to the traditional paper requests to the other attorneys, we will utilize technological research tools, computer-assisted tools. We'll employ investigators, where appropriate, and employ other experts, such as actuaries, accountants, economists, where needed to help advance the clients' cases.
In any litigation, the client's main concern is obviously obtaining a favorable result. Our firm is dedicated to our clients and getting them the results that they think they deserve.
