ALFRED POLIZZOTTO III: Our firm has been in existence for over 40 years. Our relationship with the community has been strong. We have many clients who we've represented for two or three generations. We've represented local businesses as they've been handed down from parent to child. We have a very good and strong relationship with the community.
Receiving referrals from other clients as well as other attorneys in the area shows the confidence and the faith that those people have in our firm and our ability to represent their interests.
Our firm's office atmosphere is a family atmosphere. Much of our staff has been here longer than I have been admitted as an attorney. We have one secretary who's been here since I was three years old. Many of the other staff has been here since I was a child or in high school. So literally, it's a family atmosphere. Some of the staff are even called by aunt affectionately, as opposed to their formal names.
Our approach with our clients is to make sure that they're comfortable with us, to make sure that they can accurately relate the information that we need to help them to us. We want to make sure that we have as open a communication as possible. That way, we can advocate for them and get them the best possible results.
